Attention to the attendees registered for ICT/ACT2025

Citizens from some countries may require a visa to come to Japan.

It is the sole responsibility of each attendee to manage their visa requirements.
Those who need an entry visa should allow sufficient time to complete the application process.
It is advisable to contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing for visa applications.
We recommend applying for a visa as soon as possible.

All expenses associated with attending the congress are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
Additionally, the congress organizers and/or the ICT 2025 Registration Department will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of delegates.
