Sendai International Center

Sendai International Center is the base for conventions and academic and culture promotion in the City of Trees, Sendai. It is possible to hold large scale events for 6,000 participants by combining the Exhibition Hall with the conference building which contains as well as other large and small meeting rooms a large hall capable of accommodating 1,000 people. By joining the facilities 3000 square meters of space can be created. In addition the center has easy access of only 5 minutes from Sendai Station on the Tozai subway line. The convention center is surrounded by natural environment such as Aobayama and Hirose River and is also in close proximity to academic and cultural facilities such as Sendai City Museum, Miyagi Prefectural Museum of Art and Tohoku University.
