Four types of packaged sponsorship are offered as a major sponsorship.

1. PLATINUMJPY1,000,000 (tax included)

Benefits (anticipated):

  1. Your company logo or advertisement is placed in the following distribution media with priority.
    -Program brochures and abstract collections
  2. Your company logo is placed in tools to be used at the conference.
    -PCs to be used at the conference and screens during rest periods at the conference
  3. Your banner advertisement is displayed on the website of ICT/ACT2025.
  4. Seminars will be co-hosted with ICT/ACT 2025.
    -Space: Available 1 (Venue : Exhibition Hall 3-A+3-B)
    -Time : 60 minutes
  5. Commercial exhibition fee per 1 exhibition booth are free of charge.
  6. Your request will receive top priority for the exhibition booth location.
  7. Conference participation fees are exempted for up to 4 participants.

2. GOLDJPY800,000 (tax included)

Benefits (anticipated):

  1. Your company logo or advertisement is placed in the following distribution media with priority.
    -Program brochures and abstract collections
  2. Your company logo is placed in tools to be used at the conference.
    -PCs to be used at the conference and screens during rest periods at the conference
  3. Your banner advertisement is displayed on the website of ICT/ACT 2025.
  4. Seminars will be co-hosted with ICT/ACT 2025.
    -Space: Available 1 (Venue : Exhibition Hall 1-B)
    -Time : 60 minutes
  5. Commercial exhibition fee per 1 exhibition booth are free of charge.
  6. Your request will receive the second priority to those of the Platinum sponsors for the exhibition booth location.
  7. Conference participation fees are exempted for up to 3 participants.

3. SILVERJPY500,000 (tax included)

Benefits (anticipated):

    -Program brochures and abstract collections (electronic media)
  2. Your company logo is placed in tools to be used at the conference.
    -PCs to be used at the conference and screens during rest periods at the conference

2. Optional

If needed, exhibitor must fill out the application form and send it to the Secretariat of ICT/ACT 2025 . Additional charges for installing the electric power supply equipment and the electricity charge will be billed to the exhibitor. Please refer to the application form for more details.

Advertising

At the 41st International and 7th Asian Conference on Thermoelectrics (ICT/ACT 2025), copies of the conference program & schedule will be printed in 700 copies and handed out. The Secretariat of ICT/ACT 2025 is currently looking for companies interested in advertising in the program & schedule.

[How to Send a Manuscript]

Send the data (in outline format) created with Illustrator Ver. 8.0 or later (save the file in .AI format) as an email attachment or save the data on a CD or other memory storage medium/device and send it with a printout of the data by regular mail. The data will be received by the ICT/ACT 2025 Secretariat shown below.

  • ・After applying (deadline: March 28(Fri), 2025), make sure to submit the manuscript by the deadline noted above.
  • *・Application for advertising on the 3rd cover will be accepted in order of arrival, with priority given to Gold sponsors. Gold sponsors are entitled to choose advertising spaces from among options offered exclusively to Gold sponsors, including those on the 3rd cover, in the order of applications accepted.
  • *・Regarding the final allocation of advertising space, the Secretariat of ICT/ACT 2025 will contact you after the application deadline, at which time the manner of payment will be informed.
