Registration

All attendees must register for the conference and pay the registration fee.
Register by March 31 (Mon) and by May 14 (Wed), 2025, to benefit from the reduced rates. Pre-Registration to the Conference will close on June 15 (Sun), 2025.
After that date, registration is only possible on-site at Sendai International Center on a space-available basis.

  • We will accommodate your vegetarian and halal dietary needs to the extent possible, so please select the relevant options when registering.
  • Regarding Halal, we will try to follow your requests regarding delivery methods, use of special cooking utensils, etc.
    However, please note that we may not be able to meet some of your requests.
  • If you have any allergy to specific ingredients, please write the information in the provided section.

  • hard copy of congress program and schedule
  • evening excursion on Tuesday, June 17 (Tue), 2025
    - Meal boxes will be provided.
  • 1-year-membership in ITS (International Thermoelectric Society)

Students:

3) Cancellation/Refund:

Refund the registration fee after deducting JPY10,000 as administrative costs.

4) Confirmation of Registration:

Confirmation will be sent by e-mail after your registration has been processed. Please bring your confirmation with you to the conference registration desk. Badges will be issued based on your registration type and must be worn at all conference events

5) Accommodation

Information about accommodation is provided on the "Accommodation" page of the registration site. Please check the registration page for details on hotels and room types before making your reservation.
If you prefer to make your own reservation, please skip this step and proceed with the registration.

6) ITS Summer School 2025

If you would like to request a lunchbox, please ensure you register by May 28(Wed), 2025.
- Participation with a lunchbox: JPY 3,500
*Participation without a lunchbox: Free of cost
